Fans to vote tracklist for Michael Jackson greatest hits
In an unprecidented move Michael Jackons will release a new greatest hits CD called King of Pop with a tracklist voted for by his fans. Furthermore, different territories will have their own vote, meaning each one will have a final CD that is unique to them.
Fans can vote for 18 songs from a core list of 50 Jackson hits, with voting closing on Sunday August 10. The CD will then be turned around by Sony BMG in ten working days and will be released on August 25 in celebration of Jackson’s 50th birthday on August 29.
Voting for the UK exclusive version of the new CD can be done at either GMTV or The Sun.
